The City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture welcomes independent artists, and organizations both large and small to be a part of Culture Pass Dallas. With your help, Dallas library card holders across the city will be able to access free arts and culture programming!

Deadline: March 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT

If you or your organization is interested in becoming a Participating Organization, please email the following to ashley.guevara@dallas.gov. Please allow up to 48-hours for response and confirmation of receipt of your email.

1. Your Name (First Last), best contact number, and Email

2. Include Organization Name/Stage Name

3. Your offering for Culture Pass Dallas. Note: Must be free with no cost associated. Limitations are determined by you, the individual/organization.

Example of offerings: Museum provided free attendance to children under 18-years of age, Performing arts organization allowed 2 free tickets per library card holder, Visual arts organization allowed workshops to be free for a child (under 18-years of age) and up to four adults, with one time use per year.
